How we work

The SCRUM team helps create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. We do this by planning deliverables, managing timelines, helping teams monitor performance and resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work. Our goal is to build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
